This Creator 3-Day Reset Plan is a soft reset — not a productivity challenge. It’s designed to help you reconnect with your work in a way that feels manageable again.

No strict schedule. No pressure to perform. Just three small shifts to help you start again.

How it works:

Each day has a different focus:

  • Day 1 — Reset: step back, reduce noise, and lower the pressure
  • Day 2 — Reconnect: gently re-engage with your ideas and content
  • Day 3 — Restart: create something small and doable

You don’t need to complete everything perfectly. The goal is momentum, not output.

Do I have to do this in exactly three days? No. You can take more time if you need to. The structure is there to guide you, not rush you.


What if I still feel stuck after this? That’s okay. This reset is meant to reduce friction, not solve everything. You can repeat it or use parts of it alongside your existing workflow.


Is this suitable for ADHD or burnout? Yes. The plan is intentionally low-pressure, flexible, and designed to meet you where you are.
